From its registration BPW Nepal, as a social professional organization has been conducting various trainings and programs in national level for the upliftment of educated and unemployed young women who despite of having academic certificates still unable to create their place in the current competitive job market which demands only experienced and trained employees. Till date BPW Nepal has imparted several trainings and has benefited many women.

Women entrepreneurs are lagging behind due to the lack of managerial knowledge and skills. BPW Nepal is conducting 3 months enterprise management training program whose ultimate aim is to support the management capacity enhancement of the participants by which they can start new business and or expand existing one.

The programme covers following topics:

Providing knowledge/ skill in overall management of enterprise.
Imparting managerial knowledge/ skill in production management and marketing.
Providing knowledge/ skill in book keeping and financial management.
Enabling trainees to plan business before starting.
Participating in Experience sharing programme and organizing exhibitions.
Enabling trainees to make action plan and programme and organize exhibitions .
Conceptualizing cooperative management.
Imparting gender equality and equity concept in enterprise management and leadership development.
Organizing field visits in business companies.

Target Groups:
Young women who have completed intermediate level or 10+2 preferably having commerce background with business management and basic marketing.
